With a designated team with extensive experience in the property maintenance industry we are well positioned to provide a service and finished product that is of a high quality, within agreed timeframes and cost competitive.

We all know that issues arise with property on a regular basis that need resolving. Working alongside many property service agents, Konex is called upon hourly to undertake reactionary works to resolve matters that occur.

Furthermore, by working closely with clients a tailored cyclical package can be implemented, in order to reduce the reactionary maintenance services on an individual basis. From our experience, preventative and planned maintenance is more cost effective than reactionary works over the lifecycle of a property.

One of the key areas that Konex is involved with is insurance reactionary services. When losses occur we work with both private clients and loss adjusters to oversee insurance claims from start to finish. This would include drying out, trace & access, material removal and reinstatement.
